We offer practical, realistic coping techniques to help you reach your personal goals—while also providing a safe space for meaningful processing and growth. Our therapy services include in-person sessions in Baltimore and virtual therapy across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

Welling Wellness was founded by a therapist—not a corporation—out of a deep commitment to quality care, genuine connection, and community well-being. We believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why we prioritize strong rapport, and a collaborative process that supports real, lasting growth. Offerings

  • We offer complementary consultations for individuals interested in therapy. Therapy consultations are a great way to ask any professional questions you may have before scheduling an initial appointment. Consults are about a 10-15minute phone call. More information found here!

  • We offer personalized therapy sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, with each session typically lasting around 55 minutes.

    We offer both in person and virtual sessions. Therapy in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. In person therapy in Baltimore. More info found here

  • At Welling Wellness, our Walk and Talk Baltimore Therapy offers a refreshing alternative for those who find it easier to express themselves while moving or want to experience therapy in a more relaxed, natural environment. It’s especially helpful for easing anxiety, enhancing mindfulness, and promoting a deeper connection with yourself during the healing process. Find out more info!

  • We periodically offer mental health and wellness groups designed to support your emotional and mental well-being. In addition, our special events inspire, educate, and empower you on your journey toward holistic wellness.
