Offerings

  • We offer personalized therapy sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, with each session typically lasting around 55 minutes.

We offer both in person and virtual sessions. Therapy in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. In person therapy in Baltimore. More info found here

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process experiences that feel overwhelming or “stuck.” Using bilateral stimulation—like gentle eye movements or taps—EMDR supports the mind and body in shifting the impact of difficult memories and experiences.

  • At Welling Wellness, we provide a welcoming space where couples, families, and relationships can feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you want to work through stress, improve communication, explore relationship goals, or simply have a supportive place to talk things through, our therapists are here to help you create meaningful, valuable impact in your life and relationships.

If it feels like it might be time to connect, we invite you to schedule a consultation or reach out to learn more about our therapy services. We would truly be honored to meet you

  • At Welling Wellness, our Walk and Talk Baltimore Therapy offers a refreshing alternative for those who find it easier to express themselves while moving or want to experience therapy in a more relaxed, natural environment. It’s especially helpful for easing anxiety, enhancing mindfulness, and promoting a deeper connection with yourself during the healing process. Find out more info!

  • The DIVA-5 (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults, 5th Edition) is a structured, evidence-based clinical interview widely considered a gold-standard tool for assessing ADHD in adults.

This assessment is conducted by Maggie Welling, LCSW-C, with extensive experience working with adults with ADHD, whose symptoms are often overlooked, masked, or misattributed. Maggie is qualified to conduct comprehensive clinical interviews, assess DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria, evaluate developmental history and functional impairment, and rule out overlapping conditions.

Her approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, emphasizing accuracy, context, and each client’s lived experience.

  • We periodically offer mental health and wellness groups designed to support your emotional and mental well-being. In addition, our special events inspire, educate, and empower you on your journey toward holistic wellness.

Welcome to Welling Wellness!

Welling Wellness is a therapist-led practice where you are seen, heard, and treated as a whole person—not a case file. I founded this practice to provide thoughtful, individualized care and a space where therapy is guided by your needs, your pace, and your goals.

Our approach is collaborative and grounded in real connection. We focus on listening, understanding, and helping you explore what matters most in your life. Therapy here is purposeful, supportive, and centered on you.

If you’re curious about starting, or just want to learn more, we’d love to hear from you. Reach out anytime—we’re here to connect.

— Maggie Welling, Founder & Lead Therapist

Here, therapy is about you—not a one-size-fits-all approach. We work with individuals, couples, and families to provide care that’s personal, compassionate, and grounded in your unique experiences.

Our approach combines listening, practical tools, and collaboration so you can explore what matters most, build skills like emotional regulation and self-empowerment, and gently shift patterns that aren’t serving you.

Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, or just want a space to reflect, we’re here to provide support that meets you where you are.
