How do I get started? +

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or scheduling link, and we'll help connect you with the right therapist or service based on your needs. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy options to make the process as easy as possible.

How long does it take to get scheduled? +

Scheduling timelines can vary, but we do our best to offer timely appointments. In many cases, we're able to get you scheduled within about a week. Timing can depend on the therapist, service, and your availability, and we'll work with you to find an option that fits your schedule.

Can I choose my therapist? +

Yes! You're welcome to choose your therapist. If you have someone in mind, just include their name when you reach out. If you're unsure, we're happy to recommend a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and availability.

What happens after I reach out? +

After you reach out, we'll connect with you to learn more about your needs, answer any questions, and help you schedule your first session. Our goal is to make getting started feel easy and supported.

Do you offer both virtual and in-person sessions? +

Yes! We offer both in-person therapy and virtual therapy options. We provide in-person sessions in Baltimore and virtual therapy across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. We can help you decide what works best based on your schedule, location, and what feels most comfortable for you.

Do you offer a consultation before scheduling? +

Yes, we offer a 20-minute complimentary consultation call. This is a low-pressure way to ask questions, learn more about our therapy services, and make sure it feels like the right fit before scheduling.

What if my schedule is limited? +

We get it—schedules can be full, and busy lives still deserve a place to decompress. Let us know your availability, and we'll do our best to find therapy appointment times that work for you, including both in-person and virtual options when available.

Do you offer recurring appointments, and how often are sessions scheduled? +

Yes—recurring therapy appointments are available, with most clients starting weekly and adjusting to biweekly or monthly over time. We also offer flexible, week-to-week scheduling for those who prefer a more adaptable approach.
