Real Therapy. Real Connection. Real Care.

Licensed Therapist

Hi there! My name is Kylie, and I’m a warm and collaborative therapist who values authenticity, curiosity, and genuine human connection. My approach is relational and person-centered, recognizing how our experiences, relationships, and family dynamics shape the ways we navigate life. I strive to create a welcoming space where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I bring warmth, creativity, and occasional humor into sessions, with a commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming,  LGBTQ+ affirming, and holistic care.

I specialize in play therapy, family therapy, and couples and relationship therapy. I work with children ages 3 and up, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I draw from Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and other evidence-based approaches to support children in expressing themselves through play, while valuing caregiver involvement in the therapeutic process. My work with families centers on strengthening communication and understanding family dynamics. With couples, I draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen connection, build trust, and foster relationships grounded in shared values, mutual respect, and understanding.

I’m a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist (LGMFT) with a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. My background includes community mental health and school-based settings in Maryland and South Carolina, along with training in play therapy, Sandplay Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, and EFT.

I offer in-person therapy in Baltimore and virtual therapy throughout Maryland. I look forward to connecting and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

How I Work

Collaborative, attuned, and individualized

My Approach

Collaborative, person-centered, and affirming

Therapy works best when you don't feel pressured to have all the answers or the perfect words. Through authenticity, creativity, and emotional safety, I create a supportive space where children, teens, adults, and couples can explore their experiences and express themselves freely. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration, working together to build self-understanding, confidence, and empowerment at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming.

Off The Clock

Outside The Therapy Room

When I’m not working, you can find me doing all kinds of activities! I love spending time with my fiancé, friends, and of course three emotional support kittens! I also love painting, watercolor, concerts, searching for new coffee shops, hot yoga, and most recently cozy gaming on my computer. A balance for sure, a mix of relaxation, community, and fun!
