Real Therapy. Real Connection. Real Care.
Hi there! My name is Angie and I am a collaborative therapist who strives to provide a judgment-free space where you can feel safe enough to share your story as your most authentic self. I know that therapy can feel intimidating at times, so I work collaboratively with clients to ease any nerves and support you in feeling grounded and comfortable throughout the process. I am here to hold space for the difficult things, the meaningful things, and everything in between—with openness, warmth, and a bit of light humor when it fits. I specialize in working with couples and adults, supporting them in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship or interpersonal challenges.
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Art from Salisbury University. I am also trained in Gottman Level 1 for couples therapy.
I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population in community mental health prior to private practice, including experience in a Women’s Center for Human Trafficking and a Men’s Residential Recovery Center for Substance Use. I am a lifelong learner and remain committed to ongoing growth through collaboration with colleagues, continued trainings, and professional development, and I am also a huge believer that I always learn from my clients, too.

A warm, collaborative, and empowering approach
My Approach
Collaborative, person-centered, and real
I know all too well that life moves pretty fast, and it can feel heavy when you try to handle it all on your own. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, talk it out, and start to make sense of what has been feeling heavy or even difficult to name. This space is meant for you, and I am here to support you and your journey.
Off The Clock
Outside The Therapy Room
When I’m out of office, you can typically find me walking around the city and exploring a new local shop or foodie spot. I also love to craft and will always enjoy a good movie!
