Real Therapy. Real Connection. Real Care.
I’m a compassionate, collaborative therapist who strives to honor your pace, your needs, and your story. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported, where we can gently explore your experiences with care and curiosity. I walk alongside you with warmth and steadiness as you navigate areas where you may feel stuck, find support, and regulate your nervous system in ways that foster lasting growth.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, focused in trauma psychology, from the University of Colorado. I am trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program and have completed additional training in somatic practices, attachment-based, and developmental trauma. I’m a lifelong learner and enjoy exploring new ideas and perspectives to continually refine how I show up as a therapist.
Before moving into private practice, I provided therapy in a university wellness center, supporting college students and individuals in crisis through high-intensity mental health experiences. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming, and I strive to create a space where all parts of your identity are celebrated.

Off The Clock
Outside The Therapy Room
Outside of work, I’m often reading a fantasy novel, hanging out with my cat, or getting outside as much as possible. I’m a big nerd at heart - I love games, puzzles, and anything that makes me think. I also enjoy yoga, hiking, and spending time with my people.

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.'"
