Real Therapy. Real Connection. Real Care.

Licensed Therapist

I’m an inclusive, warm, and approachable therapist who believes in celebrating your authentic self. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to show up exactly as you are. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, creating a brave, affirming, and relational space for growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland, with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College, PA. I specialize in working with teens, neurodivergent clients, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and my approach draws from trauma-informed, person-centered, and IFS-informed principles to support emotional understanding, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.

Before private practice, I provided therapy in a behavioral health clinic and Howard County public middle school. I’m a member of the National Association of Social Workers and am especially passionate about racial justice, immigration rights, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and supporting clients navigating complex trauma.

Who I Work With

Support grounded in compassion and authenticity

I work with teens, young adults, and adults—including students, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, and high achievers—supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, and identity-related challenges.

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and authentic, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported while building insight and practical tools for growth.

How I Work

Collaborative, attuned, and individualized

My Approach

Collaborative, person-centered, and real

Clients often describe me as curious, compassionate, affirming, authentic, and creative. Above all, I strive to create a space where your experiences are honored, your perspective is valued, and you feel supported as you navigate your growth and self-discovery.

Off The Clock

Outside The Therapy Room

Outside of work, I can be found spending time with my cats (who you will absolutely meet over Telehealth), reading, taking care of my plants, and roaming around Baltimore City shops and cafes.

I adapt my approach to reflect the unique needs of each individual, drawing from several frameworks:

  •  Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  •  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  •  Expressive Arts
  •  Feminist Therapy and Systems Theory
  •  Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  •  Presence Psychotherapy

Through a collaborative and safe environment, we’ll foster grounding and attunement to yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll navigate past, present, and future experiences with grace, humility, and honesty—while embracing lightheartedness when appropriate.
