Real Therapy. Real Connection. Real Care.
I’m an inclusive, warm, and approachable therapist who believes in celebrating your authentic self. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to show up exactly as you are. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, creating a brave, affirming, and relational space for growth.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland, with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College, PA. I specialize in working with teens, neurodivergent clients, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and my approach draws from trauma-informed, person-centered, and IFS-informed principles to support emotional understanding, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.
Before private practice, I provided therapy in a behavioral health clinic and Howard County public middle school. I’m a member of the National Association of Social Workers and am especially passionate about racial justice, immigration rights, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and supporting clients navigating complex trauma.

Off The Clock
Outside The Therapy Room
Outside of work, I can be found spending time with my cats (who you will absolutely meet over Telehealth), reading, taking care of my plants, and roaming around Baltimore City shops and cafes.
