Real Therapy. Real Connection. Real Care.

Licensed Therapist

I’m an inclusive, strengths-based therapist who focuses on working with the whole person—supporting clients in feeling more empowered, stable, and in control. I believe people already have what they need within them to find happiness, peace, and success, and that a safe, empowering environment can allow that to come forward.

My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, approachable, and affirming, where you can show up as you are while building insight, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Music from Notre Dame of Maryland University.

I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings supporting children and families, including Kennedy Krieger Institute (PACT Therapeutic Nursery and Neurobehavioral Outpatient Unit), St. Vincent’s Villa, and Sheppard Pratt through Intensive In-Home Intervention and Crisis Stabilization services, where I developed experience in trauma-focused care, parenting support, and crisis intervention. My work is further informed by training in Circle of Security and Attachment-Based Family Therapy, as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and culturally responsive approaches.

Who I Work With

Support for young children, teens, caregivers, and families—grounded in warmth and connection, and safety

I work with young children (4+), adolescents, teens, and parents/caregivers, supporting them in navigating emotional and behavioral regulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, attachment, and safety planning. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients and families feel supported and understood, and I incorporate parents and caregivers throughout the process by offering consultations to support connection, consistency, and progress beyond sessions. Sessions are available in person in Baltimore and virtually across Maryland.

How I Work

A warm, collaborative, and individualized approach

My Approach

Collaborative, person-centered, and supportive

Therapy doesn’t have to look just one way. While we can absolutely talk and process, I also value creating space for exploration and trying new ways of engaging—whether that’s learning a new skill, playing a game, or expressing yourself creatively.

Off The Clock

Outside The Therapy Room

When I’m not working with my really cool clients, you can usually find me exploring creative hobbies like making music, crocheting, junk journaling, or reading. I also love traveling, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures.

I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach tailored to each client.

My work draws from:
  •  Attachment-based practices
  •  Child development psychoeducation
  •  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  •  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  •  Strengths-based approaches
  •  Play and Art Therapy

My approach is grounded in attachment-based, developmental, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral frameworks, allowing me to build a strong therapeutic relationship and meet each client where they are. I also incorporate art and play therapy techniques to create a non-judgmental, strengths-based environment that supports expression and growth.

Through this integrative approach, we’ll process experiences while building emotional awareness, strengthening regulation skills, and developing tools that support growth beyond sessions.
