When I started Welling Wellness, I had a vision for building more than just a group practice. I wanted to create a space where clients could find thoughtful, authentic therapy — and where clinicians could show up as their full selves while providing meaningful care.
As we have grown, I have been intentional about welcoming therapists who not only bring strong clinical skills, but who also embody the values at the heart of our practice: compassion, authenticity, curiosity, inclusivity, and genuine connection.
That is exactly what I see in Lauren.
Lauren has been part of the Welling Wellness community because she represents so much of what we believe therapy can be. She is an incredibly thoughtful, compassionate clinician who creates a space where clients feel safe being honest, exploring who they are, and navigating life’s challenges without judgment.
One of Lauren’s greatest strengths as a therapist is her ability to truly see the whole person in front of her. She understands that clients are not defined by a diagnosis or a single challenge — they are shaped by their experiences, identities, relationships, values, and the communities they are part of.
Lauren brings a warm, affirming, and collaborative approach to therapy. As a therapist offering in-person therapy in Federal Hill, Baltimore, and virtual therapy throughout Maryland, she supports teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, life transitions, neurodivergence, and identity exploration.
For those searching for an affirming therapist in Baltimore, a LGBTQ+ therapist in Maryland, or a therapist who understands anxiety, ADHD, trauma, burnout, neurodiversity and identity exploration, Lauren provides compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
Whether clients are navigating relationships, self-esteem, major life transitions, emotional challenges, or questions around identity and belonging, Lauren creates a therapy environment where they can feel supported, respected, and empowered.
One of the things I appreciate most about Lauren is the way she balances deep clinical care with authenticity. Therapy does not have to feel intimidating or disconnected from real life. Lauren brings curiosity, creativity, and humanity into the therapy room — helping clients build self-understanding, develop practical tools, and feel more connected to themselves.
At Welling Wellness, we believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of growth. Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit matters. Someone who listens, understands, and creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Lauren embodies that.
Whether someone is a student navigating life changes, a teen experiencing their parent’s divorce, a neurodivergent individual learning more about themselves, a member of the LGBTQ+ community seeking an affirming therapist, or someone simply feeling overwhelmed and ready for support, Lauren brings compassion and care to every person she works with.
I am so grateful to have Lauren as part of Welling Wellness. Her presence strengthens our practice, supports our clients, and reflects the kind of therapy experience we hope to create every day.
If you are looking for an affirming therapist in Baltimore who offers compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed care, Lauren is someone I am proud to recommend.
